Job Summary
Oversee health and safety activities at construction sites.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and promote a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use PPE.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company and UAE safety regulations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and workers on safety matters.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in safety management, engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
- ADOSH certification and an SSRS card are required.
- Have in-depth knowledge of safety legislation and procedures, including OSHA or EPA frameworks.
- Have 2–5 years of construction site safety experience.
- Have good knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment.
- Have strong communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate availability is required.
Additional Qualifications
- A UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at construction sites in Dubai.
