As part of the site leadership team (SLT) this critical position will be responsible for: promoting a proactive safety culture that engages all employees, implementing programs that ensure sustainable compliance to applicable regulations and Essity requirements, and drives risk reduction and hazard elimination through continuous improvement processes.
We are looking for a transformational leader who embodies our values, is not afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move with a sense of urgency.
