- Design and deliver continuous mandatory training sessions for food handlers and general staff on chemical safety, hygiene, and emergency protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or related field
- Certified HACCP/ISO 22000 Lead Auditor highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Safety, Health, and Hygiene role within an upscale hotel or high volume luxury culinary environment
- Deep familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) Foodwatch platform and local inspection protocols
- Sharp attention to detail, strong training abilities, and uncompromising attitude toward safety and hygiene standards

Safety & Hygiene Manager – Upscale Hotel | Dubai, UAE
- We are seeking a meticulous, certified Safety & Hygiene Manager to oversee occupational health, food safety, and environmental hygiene at an upscale hotel property in Dubai.
What You Will Do
- Implement, monitor, and enforce strict Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems across all F&B kitchens and outlets.
- Act as the primary liaison for Dubai Municipality, ensuring the property consistently meets or exceeds all local health, environment, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits, manage laboratory testing for water and food samples, and maintain flawless documentation.
- Design and deliver continuous, mandatory training sessions for food handlers and general staff regarding chemical safety, hygiene, and emergency protocols.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Certified HACCP/ISO 22000 Lead Auditor is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Safety, Health, and Hygiene role within an upscale hotel or high volume luxury culinary environment.
