- Take full ownership of revenue, profitability, labour costs, and controllable expenses
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high performing restaurant team
- Drive revenue through local marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development activities
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
- Submit operational and financial reports accurately and on time
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- At least 2 years in a General Manager role
- Proven track record of managing high volume restaurant operations
- Experience managing P&L performance and delivering commercial results
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Experience working with franchise partners or brand owners is highly desirable
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management/POS systems

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Restaurant General Manager to lead the overall performance of a high profile restaurant operation.
- The role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, developing high performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
- The successful candidate will also act as the primary point of contact for brand owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with guests, creating memorable dining experiences.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and promptly.
- Develop and maintain a productive relationship with brand owners, acting as the operational ambassador.
- Ensure brand standards, values, and operating procedures are consistently executed.
- Take full ownership of revenue, profitability, labour costs, and controllable expenses.
- Analyse business performance and implement action plans to maximise sales and improve profitability.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high performing restaurant team.
- Drive revenue through local marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development activities.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including at least 2 years in a General Manager role.
- Proven track record of managing high volume restaurant operations.
- Experience managing P&L performance and delivering commercial results.
- Experience working with franchise partners or brand owners is highly desirable.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent financial acumen.
- Outstanding guest service and relationship management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
