- Conduct routine inspection rounds across housing sites to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Prepare and follow up on Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and field visit reports
- Organize and maintain technical documentation and records in Arabic and English
- Deliver safety awareness and operational training to workers and supervisors
- Support implementation of fire safety plans and water quality/utilities monitoring
- Coordinate with clients and service providers on safety observations and technical complaints
- Contribute to development and update of procedures and policies in line with ISO standards
Requirements
- Experience in safety coordination and field training
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and prepare reports
- Fluency in Arabic and English

Role Overview
- The Safety Coordinator supports the QHSE department in executing day to day safety operations across workforce housing sites.
- The role covers conducting routine inspection rounds, preparing NCRs and field visit reports, and organizing technical documentation.
- The Safety Coordinator also delivers safety awareness and operational training to workers and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspection rounds across housing sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and follow up on Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and field visit reports.
- Organize and maintain technical documentation and records, including the Master Register, in both Arabic and English.
- Deliver safety awareness and operational training to workers and supervisors covering general safety, first aid, PPE, and fire safety.
- Support implementation of fire safety plans (NFPA 10/72) and water quality/utilities monitoring.
- Coordinate with clients and service providers on safety observations and technical complaints.
- Contribute to development and update of procedures and policies in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 requirements.
