- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding end to end
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and official documents
- Process monthly payroll and payroll inputs
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Handle all transactions on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Chamber of Commerce
- Coordinate medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and employee changes
- Manage Iqama renewals, transfers, visas, and government compliance
- Coordinate overseas hiring, work visas, and relocation
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Support audits and maintain accurate HR reports
- Respond to employee HR requests
- Improve HR processes and documentation continuously
