As a Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting best practice safety outcomes and supporting our operational teams to maintain safe, compliant and high-performing workplaces.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing expert WHS, environmental and food safety advice to operational teams

Conducting risk assessments and developing safe work procedures

Leading incident investigations and supporting effective corrective actions

Supporting injury management and return-to-work processes

Conducting site audits, inspections and compliance reviews

Ensuring compliance with legislative, client and company requirements

Coaching and influencing leaders to strengthen safety capability

Driving continuous improvement initiatives across safety performance

We are looking for a safety professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing positive safety outcomes.

You'll bring:

Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance

Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety as a minimum (Diploma or Degree highly regarded)

Experience in a Health, Safety, Environment or related role
