• Own go-to-market execution across EMEA.
• Build a focused pipeline of insurers and other buyers with an active need to modernize core systems.
• Develop relationships with senior economic buyers and decision-makers.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
• Shape market prioritization by identifying where core-system replacement demand is strongest.
• Partner closely with internal teams to refine account strategy, positioning, and market feedback.
• Help establish Federato’s EMEA commercial presence and sales motion.

• Significant enterprise sales leadership experience in insurance technology or core systems.
• Currently active in the insurance software market, with direct involvement in live deals.
• Track record selling core platforms or closely related insurance technology to carriers and/or MGAs.
