Russian-speaking Export Sales Manager - Polyurethane industry experience

• Apt Resources is seeking a proficient Russian-speaking Export Sales Manager with experience in the polyurethane industry to join our client's expanding team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving export sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in Russian-speaking markets, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.
• This role requires a strategic and customer-focused professional with deep knowledge of the polyurethane sector.
• Responsibilities:* Manage and grow export sales channels in Russian-speaking countries.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies tailored to target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the polyurethane industry.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events in relevant regions.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts with clients to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of export sales experience in the polyurethane industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing export sales and achieving targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of export regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
