Job Summary
Marhaba Auctions is seeking a Russian-Speaking Consignment Sales Executive for its automotive auction business.
The role focuses on generating vehicle consignments, developing customer relationships, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for vehicle consignment and auction services.
- Build customer relationships and explain consignment and auction processes.
- Follow up with leads and customers to maximize conversions and achieve assigned targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and support business development activities.
- Coordinate internally throughout the vehicle consignment process.
- Maintain records of customers, leads, consignments, and sales activities.
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and represent the company professionally.
- Monitor UAE automotive market trends and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
- Previous sales, customer service, business development, or automotive experience is preferred.
- Automotive sales, auction, or vehicle consignment experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, customer-focused, and target-oriented abilities are required.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- The employer offers an attractive salary package and competitive commission structure.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience.

- Work is performed in person.
