Its distributed technology department includes developers, QA specialists, and architects.
Application development
- Build and extend features across a Rails 8 monolith, including models, controllers, background jobs, and server-rendered views.
- Implement interactive front-end behavior using Hotwire, Turbo Drive, Turbo Frames, Turbo Streams, Stimulus, and Tailwind CSS.
- Contribute to shared component and view-partial libraries.
CMS and content authoring
- Extend an in-house Rails CMS with richer text editing, reusable content snippets, and editable page configuration.
