Role overview
BIMM is seeking a Senior Resource Manager to lead resource planning and external talent management across multidisciplinary teams.
The role connects business, client, and financial pipeline visibility with workforce planning, staffing, hiring, and delivery needs.
The position reports to the Director of Operations and has no direct reports.
Workplace model
- BIMM observes a hybrid model requiring the role to work in the office two days per week.
- The office is located in Toronto’s Distillery District.
Core responsibilities
- Own workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity planning, staffing forecasts, and external talent management.
- Translate client, business development, and financial pipeline forecasts into resource plans and hiring priorities.
- Evaluate demand against capacity and develop fulfillment plans using internal and external resources.
- Manage visibility into freelancers, contractors, staffing vendors, and nearshore or offshore partners.
- Maintain a roster of approved freelance resources and monitor capacity, availability, and capability coverage.
- Maintain resourcing data, forecasts, utilization reporting, hiring requirements, and external resource information.
