Job Description
Implement and operate Adobe CDP, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Campaign Classic, and related marketing technology capabilities.
The role covers identity resolution, audience management, measurement, governance, compliance, and web data collection.
Responsibilities
- Implement Adobe CDP from the ground up, including identity resolution for known and anonymous profiles via WebSDK.
- Build profiles and audiences, and develop audience segmentation logic.
- Configure XDM ingestion schemas, profile unification, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies.
- Implement CJA data views, cross-channel journey reports, attribution models, and segmentation aligned with CDP audiences.
- Translate acquisition, nurture, ABM, retention, and event-engagement use cases into audience logic and measurement frameworks.
- Own consent enforcement, governance labels, and pre-activation audience QA processes.
- Operationalize GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance, including consent frameworks, retention policies, DSAR handling, and governance labels.
- Lead WebSDK implementation, tag management, event schema design, and data layer governance across web properties.
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic as both a Business Practitioner and Developer.
