- Provide L1/L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Archer
- Manage Archer integrations, APIs, data feeds, reporting, and dashboards
- Work with Archer Core Solutions, workflows, access control, and solution configuration
Requirements
- Strong experience with RSA Archer eGRC configuration, development, administration, and support
- Hands on expertise in L1/L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Experience with Archer Core Solutions, workflows, access control, and solution configuration
- Proficiency in Archer integrations, APIs, data feeds, reporting, and dashboards
- Knowledge of IT Risk, Compliance, Audit, and GRC processes
- Strong SQL, SDLC, Agile, problem solving, and stakeholder communication skills
