- Gather and document business and system requirements for CCM initiatives
- Create BRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
- Support Customer Communication Management, Customer Experience, Document Management, and Digital Communications projects
- Work with CCM platforms such as Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, SmartCOMM, xPression, or Documaker
- Manage backlog and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Perform data mapping, interface analysis, and workflow automation
- Support UAT and coordinate with stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, BRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Data Mapping
- Experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM), Customer Experience (CX), Document Management, and Digital Communications
- Hands on experience with CCM platforms such as Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, SmartCOMM, xPression, or Documaker
- Strong understanding of customer correspondence, statement generation, regulatory communications, and print & digital communication workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA, Azure DevOps, backlog management, and sprint planning
- Knowledge of SQL, BPMN/Visio, API integrations, UAT support, interface analysis, and workflow automation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Payments domains
