Responsibilities
- Manage day to day program delivery coordination across business, data engineering, analytics, architecture, privacy, security, vendor and operational teams
- Establish stakeholder engagement, communication and governance plans
- Document and manage integrated program risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and dependencies
- Develop and maintain delivery performance measures and KPIs
- Support execution of IIS delivery processes and ensure alignment to business objectives
- Lead and oversee program strategy from inception through delivery
- Direct and manage multidisciplinary teams and matrixed resources
- Monitor and manage cost, schedule, risk, governance, and technical dependencies
- Provide portfolio level view of dependencies and escalations
- Support budget planning, forecasting and reporting
- Direct stakeholder consultation and consensus building
- Lead strategies to manage change impacts and support adoption
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex I&IT Programs in Public sector or Broader Public Sector
- Superior knowledge of evaluation concepts including design, data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting
- Good understanding of strategic alignment of program to business priorities
- Experience leading organizational development, strategy development, business and program planning
- In depth knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques

- Conduct regular risk and dependency reviews.

- Support execution of IIS delivery processes.
- Ensure accountability across workstreams.
- Ensure delivery is cost effective and compliant.
- Lead program strategy from inception through delivery.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams and matrixed resources.
- Monitor cost, schedule, risk, governance, and dependencies.
- Provide portfolio level view of dependencies.
- Provide leadership and coaching.
- Support budget planning and reporting.
- Analyze program environment to identify risks.
- Direct stakeholder consultation and consensus building.
- Lead change management strategies.
