- Review and validate submitted information and documentation
- Categorize and map clinician end users to approved HIC types
- Validate legally responsible person information for pre approval
- Maintain accurate tracking of requests, issues, and status
- Support stakeholder communications and follow up
- Identify process gaps or risks and escalate as required
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Understanding of PHIPA principles: consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguards of PHI
- General understanding of the roles of health information custodians and agents under PHIPA
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, and conducting stakeholder engagement
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, with excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Public sector experience (highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and validate information against defined rules and categories
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with standard business tools such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple requests in a high volume environment

Description
- Three Junior Business Analyst contingent resources are required to support the Agency's EHR Onboarding workstream and related digital health service access activities.
- These resources will support onboarding using the Agency's existing methodology, including validation of Health Information Custodian (HIC) and legal status, categorization and mapping of clinician end users, and validation of the legally responsible person prior to migration to the Provincial Clini

Must Haves

Rate Range
- Incorporated rate: CAD 59.20/hr CAD 63.41/hr (7.25 billable hours per day).
- T4 rate: CAD 47.36/hr CAD 50.73/hr (7.25 billable hours per day).
