- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, application owners, risk teams, and ServiceNow platform teams.
- Document and maintain detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing governance, compliance, and certification processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Define scorecard metrics, KPIs, compliance indicators, thresholds, weighting models, and reporting requirements.
- Gather and document requirements for attestation campaigns, including ownership certification and application reviews.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Define data quality requirements and validate source system integrations.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for new scorecarding and attestation initiatives.
- Develop business process maps documenting current state and future state workflows.
- Support the design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards within ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Create and execute UAT plans and coordinate stakeholder testing activities.
- Monitor attestation completion rates, compliance trends, exceptions, and overdue certifications.
Requirements
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for ServiceNow GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, or TPM modules.
- Strong understanding of attestation, certification, compliance, audit, risk management, and governance processes.
- Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and platform capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience defining KPIs, scorecards, compliance metrics, and executive reporting requirements.

Job Overview
- RQ00727 Business Analyst Intermediate position for a 1 year contract (260 business days) with possible extension.
- Location: Metro Hall, 55 John Street, Toronto.
- Rate range: CAD 75.10/hr CAD 90.12/hr incorporated; CAD 60.08/hr CAD 72.10/hr T4.
Must Haves

- Partner with stakeholders to establish business rules for scorecard calculations, exception handling, escalation workflows, and remediation tracking.
- Gather and document requirements for attestation campaigns, including ownership certification, application reviews, technology standard compliance, CMDB validation, and risk control attestations.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and platform configurations.
- Ensure attestation workflows include appropriate approval paths, certification schedules, notifications, reminders, escalation criteria, and audit requirements.
- Define data quality requirements and validate source system integrations supporting scorecards, certifications, and governance reporting.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for new scorecarding and attestation initiatives.
- Develop business process maps documenting current state and future state workflows for governance and compliance activities.
- Support the design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards within ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting capabilities.
