About the Role
Supply Ontario seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract to support the EWMS SWMS project. The role requires extensive experience with IBM Maximo, business process modeling (BPMN), and requirements elicitation.

Responsibilities
- Provide business analysis support to EWMS SWMS project and vendor teams during design workshops
- Create requirements traceability matrix and convert requirements into JIRA for testing and traceability
- Participate in creation of test plans and test cases, test execution, defect triage and management, and test results reporting
- Provide testing status, issues/risks and other reporting as required
- Elicit, document, and obtain approvals / signoffs on Business Requirements Document (BRD) from stakeholders
- Prepare test plans, test cases, scenarios, and results documents
- Support / execute various types of technical tests
- Analyze results and create reports for Management as needed
- Track problems, defects, and issues on the project
- Other responsibilities like Benefits Realization Planning that may be assigned
Requirements
- Minimum ten (10) years of application systems experience performing requirements elicitation and analysis
- 2+ years’ experience with Maximo (v9, v8 or v7)
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience evaluating, recommending, and documenting business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities and systems integration and conversion strategies
- Experience with Maximo implementation serving asset management areas
- University degree in Business Administration or Information Systems or Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in QA and testing techniques
- Demonstrated experience in current and emerging information & technology concepts

- Duration of Potential Extension: 6 months
- 7.25 hours per day (5 Days)
Work Location
- Metro Hall, 55 John Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Hybrid: working remotely two days per week, in person three days per week
Must Haves
- 2+ years’ experience with Maximo (v9, v8 or v7), Technical/Functional Skills Strong Expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience evaluating, recommending, and documenting business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities and systems integration and conversion strategies
- Experience with Maximo implementation serving asset management areas
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or Information Systems or Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum ten (10) years of application systems experience performing requirements elicitation and analysis
- 2+ years’ experience with Maximo (v9, v8 or v7)
- Extensive experience supporting implementation and sustainment of large scale IT solutions
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience evaluating, recommending, and documenting business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities and systems integration and conversion strategies
- Experience to identify and implement opportunities for business improvement
- Experience in QA and testing techniques
- Demonstrated experience in current and emerging information & technology concepts
- Experience with Maximo implementation
