Role Overview
The Rope Access Technician will work across high-rise commercial and residential properties in Dubai and Sharjah.
The role covers facade cleaning, exterior maintenance, glass replacement, sealant repairs, and structural touch-ups using industrial rope access techniques.
Employment and Experience
- The position is full-time and requires two to five years of experience.
- UAE high-rise facade, contracting, facility management, or construction-sector experience is required.
Facade Maintenance and Cleaning
- Clean glass panels, aluminum cladding, and building surfaces using window cleaning tools, pressure washers, and water-fed poles.
- Perform minor facade repairs, sealant re-caulking, glass panel touch-ups, and silicone joint maintenance at height.
- Rig, inspect, and safely maneuver rope access systems, descenders, safety backups, and work-positioning equipment.
- Inspect facade elements for loose fittings, seal damage, and structural cracks and report issues to the Rope Access Supervisor.
Safety Protocols and Inspection
- Follow IRATA International Codes of Practice, UAE Municipality standards, and company HSE guidelines.
