Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet luxury hospitality standards
- Support team scheduling, daily briefings, grooming compliance, and ongoing training initiatives
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with Rosewood and LQA standards
- Manage housekeeping inventory, linen control, supplies, and lost and found processes
- Handle guest requests and service recovery situations promptly and professionally
- Support associate development by coaching, motivating, and maintaining a positive team culture
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hospitality environment
- Passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and develop teams
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable using hotel systems and maintaining operational records and reports
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage

YOUR ROLE
