Role Overview
Provide consistent room, bathroom, and adjacent-area cleaning and service that meets hotel standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and work seamlessly with colleagues to support the guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms, and cupboards according to standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest supplies and promptly fulfill specified guest service requests.
- Report room damage or malfunctions to the superior.
- Maintain equipment in a clean and properly working condition.
- Maintain section room reports, daily room checklists, and accurate room status records.
- Submit lost and found articles to the superior immediately.
- Report guest complaints and unusual behavior or activities on floors to the supervisor.
- Comply with hotel health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Attend meetings and training sessions and participate in development programs.
- Create and maintain floral arrangements.
- Carry out valet services, including linen delivery and laundry order processing, when required.
Self-Management Requirements
- Comply with hotel rules, regulations, employment handbook provisions, and company code of conduct.
- Comply with company grooming, time, and attendance standards.
- Demonstrate awareness of health, hygiene, fire life safety, security, emergency, and evacuation procedures.
- Log and report security incidents, accidents, and near misses in a timely manner.
- Perform tasks assigned by the manager in pursuit of business goals.
Experience
- One year of experience as a hotel laundry attendant is required.
