Role Overview
SportPlex is seeking a Rock Climbing Instructor based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The instructor will deliver safe, engaging, and progressive climbing and bouldering sessions.
Responsibilities
- Coach children and participants of different ages and abilities.
- Supervise the climbing wall and indoor climbing activities.
- Conduct safety checks and support emergency procedures.
- Develop participants' climbing skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport.
- Create a positive and engaging climbing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Recognized climbing, bouldering, or climbing-wall instructor qualification.
- Experience teaching climbing skills and supervising indoor climbing activities.
- Knowledge of climbing safety, equipment inspection, and emergency procedures.
- First Aid and safeguarding training.
- Strong communication, organization, and group-management skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, school holidays, and camp periods.
