Job Summary
SportPlex Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager.
The role oversees financial operations and supports strategic business objectives.
The position is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and finance team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
- Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and working capital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings.
- Maintain effective financial controls and risk management processes.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Support business planning, investment evaluations, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and mentor finance team members.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
