About the Job
SportPlex is seeking an experienced and passionate Pilates Instructor.
The instructor will deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality Pilates sessions for members of all fitness levels.
The role focuses on improving members' strength, mobility, posture, and overall well-being.
Job Accountabilities
- Deliver mat and equipment-based Pilates sessions using Reformer, Tower, Chair, and related equipment.
- Create class programs aligned with SportPlex standards and member needs.
- Provide modifications and progressions for varied fitness levels.
- Teach proper form, breathing, alignment, and movement precision.
- Build a motivating, inclusive, and client-centered class environment.
- Educate members on safe equipment setup and usage.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and check that equipment is functioning properly.
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes and sessions.
