- Conduct road safety inspections and audits in accordance with MOTLS guidelines
- Evaluate existing road networks, identify hazards, and recommend corrective measures
- Review design drawings, traffic control plans, and safety features for compliance
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and improvement proposals
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and MOT representatives
- Support implementation of safety programs, signage, and traffic management plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in road safety, traffic engineering, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Saudi MOT standards, road safety manuals, and national regulations
- Ability to conduct field inspections and prepare professional technical documentation
- Immediate availability (ASAP)
- Previous working experience with the Ministry of Transport & Logistics Services (MOTLS)
- Experience in road safety audits, blackspot analysis, and crash investigation
- Familiarity with international safety standards (AASHTO, FHWA, PIARC)

Job Summary
- Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking qualified Road Safety Engineers to support ongoing and upcoming Ministry of Transport & Logistics Services (MOTLS) projects across multiple regions in the Kingdom.
- The ideal candidates will bring strong technical capability in road safety assessment, auditing, and compliance with MOT standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct road safety inspections and audits in accordance with MOTLS guidelines.
