Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for all phases of construction and supervision.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the approved baseline schedule.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management and clients.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to validate progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Analyze productivity, resource allocation, and sequencing to optimize project timelines.
- Identify risks and delays, evaluate their impact, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Prepare revised schedules, recovery plans, and time impact analyses when required.
- Support claims analysis, extension of time evaluations, and delay impact assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in large construction or supervision companies in Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for all phases of construction and supervision.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the approved baseline schedule.
- Ensure project completion within the contractual timeframe, preventing delays that may lead to penalties or contractual claims.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management and clients.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to validate progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Analyze productivity, resource allocation, and sequencing to optimize project timelines.
- Identify risks and delays, evaluate their impact, and recommend mitigation measures to avoid contractual breaches.
- Prepare revised schedules, recovery plans, and time‑impact analyses when required.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and quality standards throughout all planning activities.
- Support claims analysis, extension‑of‑time evaluations, and delay impact assessments in accordance with contract provisions.
- Participate in technical and progress meetings, presenting planning updates and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support contractual compliance and protect the company’s interests in case of disputes.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in project planning tools, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Project Control and Scheduling Techniques.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, earthworks, site development).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong analytical skills for progress tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Excellent reporting skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and avoidance of penalties related to schedule delays.
- Familiarity with risk management, critical path analysis, and project control methodologies.
- Understanding of claims, contractual correspondence, and time‑impact analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or related discipline).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in large construction or supervision companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects.
