Overview
- Create high‑quality visual content aligned with the RLS brand identity and communication standards
- Deliver creative design and professional photography to support school communications, marketing initiatives, campaigns and documentation
- Capture authentic moments across school life, events and community activities while respecting safeguarding and privacy protocols
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs, both print and digital
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate creative briefs into effective visual outcomes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Ensure all content is developed and delivered in both English and Arabic, maintaining accuracy, consistency and cultural relevance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
- Strong professional photography skills, including composition, lighting and editing
- Experience in social media content creation
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
- Experience working in a school, educational, or government‑related environment
- Event coverage photography (school events, campaigns, community activities)
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, digital campaigns)
- Experience producing bilingual (Arabic & English) content
- Understanding of UAE culture and communication style
- Experience coordinating with external vendors, printers, or production teams
- Basic videography or content editing skills (advantage)
- Creative & Visual Excellence: Consistently produces engaging, high‑quality design and photography
- Brand Awareness & Consistency: Applies brand guidelines accurately across all outputs
- Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: Maintains high standards of accuracy and quality control
