About the Role
The Risk Operations Analyst sits within Ryft's first-line fraud and risk function and reports to the Fraud and Risk Manager.
The role manages acquiring and banking partner queries and supports merchant risk monitoring across the portfolio.
The work requires end-to-end transaction investigation, careful questioning of evidence, and clear responses to banking partners.
Partner Query Management
- Manage inbound risk and compliance queries from acquiring and banking partners through full resolution.
- Trace transactions through Ryft systems, reconstruct payment journeys, identify issues, and prepare accurate responses.
- Tailor responses to partner requirements, including transaction trails, merchant explanations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain query logs, response timelines, outcomes, and recurring patterns.
- Build knowledge of partner reporting expectations, query formats, and escalation preferences.
