About the role
Ryft is seeking a Marketing Manager with broad marketing knowledge and depth in at least two disciplines.
Ryft develops payment solutions for marketplaces and platforms, including split-payment capabilities and compliance support.
Responsibilities
- Execute and help shape the marketing plan across a broad mix of channels.
- Plan and run cross-functional marketing activities.
- Help build and execute account-based marketing campaigns.
- Maintain clear attribution to identify activity driving pipeline.
- Build and improve marketing automation workflows for lead flow, nurture, and sales handoff.
- Work closely with sales to align activity with pipeline targets and refine ideal customer profile targeting.
Must-haves
- 3–5 years of marketing experience.
- B2B experience is mandatory, ideally in fintech.
- A T-shaped profile with broad channel knowledge and proven depth in at least one discipline.
- Experience running owned and third-party events.
- A track record of campaigns with clear commercial results.
- Comfort working with HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Comfort briefing and directing freelancers and internal stakeholders.
