Job Overview
- Parsons is looking for a Risk Manager to join the team in Riyadh.
- You will ensure risks across planning, design, construction, handover, and operations are systematically identified, assessed, mitigated, and monitored.
- You will work closely with the client, delivery partners, authorities, and external stakeholders to implement an integrated risk management framework tailored to large residential and mixed use developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements the program risk management plans.
- Develops Standard operating procedures (incomplete in source).
- Recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective employees; hire, offer personnel development, conduct performance evaluations, counsel employees, take corrective actions, and approve terminations.
- Ensure new employees receive orientation on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 15 20 years of experience required.
- Significant management and technical experience.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and management skills.
- Versatility and ability to support a team of professionals overseeing every phase of large scale projects.
