Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and management of project risk management process.
- Develop, maintain, and update project risk register.
- Facilitate risk identification workshops and regular risk review meetings.
- Assess project risks related to scope, cost, schedule, procurement, etc.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
- Ensure integration of local context and regulations.
- Support schedule and cost risk analysis activities.
- Monitor key project risks and early warning indicators.
- Prepare and present regular risk reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with planning, cost control, commercial, etc. teams.
- Track mitigation actions and follow up with risk owners.
- Support change management, claims avoidance, delay analysis.
