Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and management of project risk management process.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project risk register.
  • Facilitate risk identification workshops and regular risk review meetings.
  • Assess project risks related to scope, cost, schedule, procurement, etc.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
  • Ensure integration of local context and regulations.
  • Support schedule and cost risk analysis activities.
  • Monitor key project risks and early warning indicators.
  • Prepare and present regular risk reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with planning, cost control, commercial, etc. teams.
  • Track mitigation actions and follow up with risk owners.
  • Support change management, claims avoidance, delay analysis.
