Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field
- 5 8 years of professional experience in risk management or a related function
- Proven technical expertise in risk analysis methodologies and quantitative modeling
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Advanced reporting skills, including proficiency with risk management software and data visualization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

About the Role
- We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist based in Saudi Arabia to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks.
- You will partner with cross functional teams and regulatory bodies to ensure robust risk governance, deliver clear reporting, and drive continuous improvement in our risk framework.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analysis to identify potential threats across business units.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, controls, and action plans.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field.
- 5 8 years of professional experience in risk management or a related function.

- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Advanced reporting skills, including proficiency with risk management software and data visualization.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to technical and non technical audiences.
- Analytical thinking with a detail oriented approach to problem identification and resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager.
- Experience in the energy, petrochemical, or financial services sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
- Working knowledge of Arabic language and understanding of local business culture.
- Prior involvement in projects supporting Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
