About The Role
The Risk Management, Emergencies, and BCM General Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the organization's risk management, emergency response, and business continuity strategy.
They will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and international best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop the organization's risk management, emergency response, and business continuity strategy
- Establish policies and procedures for risk management, emergency response, and business continuity
- Develop programs, plans, and methodologies related to risk management, emergency response, and business continuity
- Drive the implementation of risk management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity strategies
- Establish governance models and authority frameworks for decision-making and accountability
- Conduct risk assessments, stress tests, and scenario planning exercises
- Provide leadership in enterprise risk management, compliance, and emergency governance
- Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders for integration and coordination
- Oversee the implementation of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Treatment Plans
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive incident response framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in risk management, emergency management, business continuity, or related field
- Certification in risk management (e.g., RIMS-CRMP, ARM) is preferred
Candidate Requirements
- +12 Years of Experience with Bachelor's or Master's degree in risk management, emergency management, business continuity, or related field
- Certification in risk management (e.g., RIMS-CRMP, ARM) is preferred
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management, emergency response, and business continuity strategies
- Strong understanding of international standards such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and Business Continuity Management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively
- Familiarity with incident response frameworks and disaster recovery strategies
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and scenario planning exercises
Preferred Skills
- Certification in risk management (e.g., RIMS-CRMP, ARM) is preferred
