Job Responsibility
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives for the unit
- Implement financial control policies and internal controls
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making
- Review accounting transactions and operations
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor performance results and recommend improvements
- Manage budget allocations and adherence
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Create a seamless airport experience
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and training strategies
- Set performance objectives and conduct performance reviews
- Identify talent for succession management
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Solid Experience in financial management, accounting, and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial control policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
