The Capital Procurement Director will be responsible for defining and implementing the Capital Procurement strategy aligned with the airport expansion masterplan, capital investment roadmap, and governance requirements.
They will lead procurement strategy development for major capital programs, oversee commercial and contracting models, and act as the senior commercial advisor on capital procurements.
Job Responsibility
:- Define and implement the Capital Procurement strategy aligned with the airport expansion masterplan, capital investment roadmap, and governance requirements
.- Establish and govern the end-to-end capital procurement framework
.- Lead procurement strategy development for major capital programs
.- Approve and oversee appropriate commercial and contracting models
.- Act as the senior commercial advisor on capital procurements
.- Partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies
.- Lead capital tender governance and executive decision forums
.- Ensure supplier relationship and performance management approaches are in place
.- Drive continuous improvement in capital procurement practices

Candidate Requirement
s:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related fiel
d.- Proven experience in capital procurement and strategy developmen
t.- Strong understanding of commercial and contracting model
s.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill
s.- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional team
s.- Expertise in supplier relationship and performance managemen
t.- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives in procurement practice
