- Lead the implementation of the Project Risk Management Plan in accordance with Parsons standards and NEOM governance frameworks.
- Facilitate regular risk identification workshops with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to capture emerging threats and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the project Risk Register, performing both qualitative and quantitative risk analyses (including Monte Carlo simulations where applicable).
- Develop, monitor, and track the effectiveness of risk mitigation action plans alongside key task owners.
- Prepare comprehensive risk dashboards and reports for senior leadership, highlighting critical risk trends, exposure levels, and contingency recommendations.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and provide guidance to junior team members and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in project risk management
- Hands on experience navigating the unique challenges of the NEOM project ecosystem within the Tabuk region
- Proficiency in risk management software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, or Active Risk Manager) and advanced data visualization tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Strong critical thinking and ability to influence cross functional teams

About the Role
- Parsons is seeking a dynamic and analytical Risk Lead Officer (Saudi National) to oversee the risk management framework for our operations in the Tabuk region.
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, and financial risks across complex mega project packages.
- This position requires a proactive Saudi National who can champion a robust risk aware culture, ensuring project objectives are met safely, on time, and within budget in a fast paced environment.
