We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Risk Engineer
to join our dynamic project team working on large-scale power, transmission, and infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical, operational, and project risks across all phases of engineering and construction.
You will act as a key advisor to project leadership, ensuring that risk-based thinking is embedded into design, execution, procurement, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities And Deliverables
- Lead the development and implementation of
- project risk management frameworks
- .
- Identify, assess, and document technical, operational, financial, and schedule risks.
- Develop and maintain
- risk registers
- aligned with project progress.
- Perform
- quantitative and qualitative risk analysis
- (probability-impact, scenario modeling).
- Integrate mitigation strategies with engineering, planning, and construction teams.
- Monitor project milestones and highlight potential risks proactively.
- Develop and track
- risk mitigation plans

- Facilitate
- risk workshops
- and stakeholder review sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
- .
- Minimum
- 6+ years of experience
- in risk engineering, project controls, or similar roles.
- Experience in
- EPC, power, substations, or infrastructure projects
- is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as
Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Excel
- .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Language Proficiency Requirements
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Additional proficiency in

Knowledge And Functional Competencies
- Strong understanding of
- risk management frameworks (ISO 31000 or equivalent)

- project controls, cost estimation, and scheduling principles

- quantitative risk analysis (QRA)
- and Monte Carlo simulations.
