About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments of the organization’s operations and processes
- Identify potential areas of risk and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures
- Provide risk management guidance and support to other departments
- Assist with regulatory compliance activities
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver risk and compliance training to employees
- Perform quarterly ICOFR testing over in scope subsidiaries
- Submit requirements of external and internal audit teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Professional certifications such as ACCA or CIA are preferred
- Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Prior working experience in Big Four firms
- Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards
- Proficient in MS Office and risk/compliance software tools

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments of the organization’s operations and processes.

- Investigate compliance related issues and recommend corrective actions.
