- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial

Role Description
- The Owner role is a full time leadership position based in Amman, with a hybrid work model.
- Responsible for setting overall vision and strategic direction of Onix Business Chemistry.
- Oversee business development, key client relationships, and market positioning.
- Guide solution design and delivery, approving major proposals and projects.
- Ensure creativity and technology are effectively integrated in client solutions.
- Manage financial performance, allocate resources, and build a strong organizational culture.
- Mentor senior team members and represent the company in strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills, including experience setting vision, goals, and long term growth plans.
- Proven business development and client relationship management capabilities, ideally in consulting, technology, or business solutions sectors.
- Solid understanding of integrated business solutions, digital transformation, and the use of advanced technologies.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem solving skills, and ability to make informed decisions.
