- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L to support sustainable growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem solving skills, and ability to make informed decisions in fast changing market conditions
- Experience building and mentoring high performing teams and fostering an inclusive, innovation driven work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial
