Role Description
- The Owner role is a full time, on site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya.
- The Owner oversees overall business strategy, sets long term objectives, and ensures profitability and sustainable growth.
- Daily responsibilities include supervising operations, reviewing performance, managing relationships, and making investment decisions.
- The role also involves leading senior management, ensuring compliance, and guiding quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong business leadership and strategic planning skills with experience in manufacturing or related industries.
- Financial management abilities including budgeting, cost control, and understanding of profit and loss statements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of industrial production processes, quality control practices, and health and safety regulations.
