- Ensure timely exchange of information between project disciplines and SHE
- Participate in project overall SHE reviews and audits
- Develop site induction programme and participate in SHE training activities
- Carry out investigations into SHE related incidents and prepare reports
- Attend Toolbox Talks and ensure effectiveness
- Actively participate in risk assessments for critical operations
- Support Field SHE Officers in daily work and inspection routine
Requirements
- Experience in SHE management and lifting operations in construction or industrial projects
- Knowledge of SHE documentation and implementation
- Ability to conduct SHE audits and inspections
- Experience in incident investigation and reporting
- Competency in risk assessment for critical operations

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, developing and reviewing the applicable SHE documentation and coordinating its implementation.
- Monitoring and controlling the status of SHE activities especially lifting work.
- Timely exchange of information and data between the project disciplines and SHE.
- Identifying, planning and participating in the project overall SHE reviews and audits.
- Ensuring EPCC Contractor PMT and Client interface and engagement.
- Participate in the development of the site induction programme.
- Arrange and participate in site SHE training activities.
- Administer and participate in the SHE audit and inspection schemes being applied.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Construction SHE Execution Plan and Procedures.
- Carry out investigations into the causes of SHE related incidents where required and prepares reports with recommendations for remedial action.
- Attend Toolbox Talks in their particular area and make sure that these meetings are effective.
- Actively participates in risk assessments for critical operations to help identify and mitigate hazards.
