- Complete job related risk assessments prior to start of tasks
- Obtain, renew and complete work permits, and distribute them to individual work teams
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports; undertake on the job training
- Maintain daily record of progress and log man hours

- GCC experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Age not above 45

Job Overview
- To assist Campaign Supervisor in all aspects of managing and planning day to day Rigger/lifting activities on site for maintenance and Campaign works.
- Salary: 375 QAR per day (28/28 rotation, off rotation not paid). 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Operational Responsibilities
- Plan and execute day to day and future Rigging/Lifting tasks for maintenance and Campaign work on site.
- Create Lifting and Rigging plans in accordance with company/international standards.
- Ensure availability of right equipment and consumables according to NOC color code standard.
- Complete job related risk assessments prior to start of tasks.
- Assist Campaign Supervisors with hours and material estimation.
- Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments and logging man hours.
- Ensure that all tools, materials and equipment are maintained and kept in good condition.
- Participate in planning and supervision of shutdown tasks for his discipline.
- Obtain, renew and complete work permits, and distribute them to individual work teams.
- Regularly update the master layout platform plan in CCR with current tasks.
People Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports; help create a learning environment.
- Undertake regular on the job training to ensure transfer of knowledge.
- Uphold and role model NOC values and leadership behaviors.
Additional Information
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Minimum 3 5 years of offshore platform experience in the same field.
- GCC experience is mandatory.
- Age not above 45.
- Expected mobilization immediately after visa approval.
