Rewind Operator- Pressure Sensitive (2nd Shift) - Plant 1

Belmark is seeking a Rewind Operator to run our world class equipment to produce a high quality product in a timely fashion for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for Rewind labels from press rolls to smaller rolls according to customer specifications.

Inspect labels for accepted quality and complete the appropriate paperwork.

May also be required to bundle labels or tags, or fanfold labels.

• 2nd shift hours are from 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday - Thursday

• $21 - $23 per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed.
• The shift differential for 2nd shift is $1.00 more per hour

What will I do in this role?

• Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Set up rewind machine.
• Calculate the number of labels needed per roll or bundle.
• Rewind labels according to the job instructions. Individual output must at least meet the set minimum operating standards.
• Inspect for and remove defective labels.
• Identify product with accurate information.
• Complete the necessary paperwork including packing slips.
