- Oversee all tasks assigned to the Insurance department staff
- Implement a system to ensure accurate billing information is entered into the billing system
- Follow up on insurance payments and attend weekly/monthly meetings with Insurance/TPA
- Audit claims before and after submission
- Review and respond to circulars from Department of Health (HAAD) and insurance companies
- Manage staff performance through feedback, reviews, and one on one meetings
- Supervise revenue cycle duties including account management, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing
- Ensure efficient processing of claims, denials, and appeals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 5 years of UAE Healthcare experience (Required)
- 5 years of RCM Supervisor experience (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate to Al Ayn (Required)

Job Overview
- Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible to oversee all tasks assigned to the Insurance department staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing a system to ensure that accurate billing information is entered into the billing system.
- Insurance Payment follow up.
- Attend the weekly / Monthly Meeting with Insurance / TPA for follow up for the payment and Rejected claim.
- Audit the claims – After / Before Submission.
- Review the circulars issued by department of health (HAAD) and implemented on the center and reply to these circulars.
- Review the circulars issued by insurance companies and implemented on the center and reply to these circulars.
- Contact with hospitals have hospital agreements with the center.
- Training orientation to Clinicians / Front desk staffs / Insurance Billing and Approval team for new circular / Rejections.
- Preside over claims investigations.
- E claim correction and claiming new quotes if not present in the price list.
- Manage insurance data for reports.
- Contracting with Insurance networks.
Pay
- Pay: From AED1.00 per hour
Requirements
- Ability to commute/relocate: Al Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Experience: UAE Healthcare: 5 years (Required)
- Experience: RCM Supervisor: 5 years (Required)
