Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and assure final diagnoses and procedures as stated by providers are valid and complete
- Accurately code office and hospital procedures for providers to ensure proper reimbursement
- Provide education to providers to ensure proper completion of Electronic Health Records and proper assignment of ICD 10 CM, HCPCS and CPT codes
- Assess reports, resolve claims discrepancies, and escalate high level complaints to RCM and Medical Director
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years experience in UAE Hospital/Medical Center
- Certificate in CPC/AHIMA
- Ability to commute/relocate to Al Ayn
