Role Overview

The role interfaces between customers and business value chain partners.

The position manages customer orders, operational needs, and collaboration with functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service challenges, identify root causes, and coach team members to improve operational performance.
  • Support escalation management, reporting, workload analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain documentation, follow controls, and support internal audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide first-line support for operational escalations and Level 1 system or tool issues.
  • Participate in Super User forums and coach the team on operational excellence.
  • Enter customer orders through end-to-end processes and systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer products, applications, and service offerings.
  • Coordinate with commercial, quality, supply chain, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in order receipt and handling.
  • Operating knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • SAP system experience is preferred.
  • Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in small teams and continuously develop knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.
