Overview
- Manage retrofit and renovation projects from concept to handover, including planning, execution, and close-out.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost control.
- Prepare and review HAP (Heat Load Analysis) and support HVAC design decisions.
- Review, prepare, and modify AutoCAD drawings (design, shop drawings, and as-builts).
- Provide technical support to QS and Estimation teams during tendering, variations, and cost evaluations.
- Oversee MEP installations and designs, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and approved specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including scope definition, performance monitoring, and site execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and end users, addressing technical queries and driving satisfaction.
- Prepare technical reports, method statements, and documentation required for approvals.
- Drive submissions and approvals with authorities, consultants, and clients.
- Lead site teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and productivity.
