Part-time Civil Engineer consulting role in Dubai for a real estate and construction company.
The role focuses on mentoring, cost management, business development, and client representation.
The position is intended for an experienced construction professional with at least 15 years of experience.
Work Location
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, with on-site work and client meetings.
What You Will Do
- Mentor junior engineers and project teams on cost management, BOQ, estimation, and contracts.
- Identify new opportunities and build client relationships.
- Represent the company in client meetings, tender meetings, and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with cost management standards, contracts, and UAE regulations.
Must Have
- B.E. or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 15 years of construction experience with a focus on cost management.
- Strong skills in BOQ, estimation, budgeting, cost control, contract administration, and quantity surveying.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A strong network in Dubai real estate and construction is a plus.
- Availability for flexible part-time work in Dubai.
- Self-motivated and presentable.
Offer
- Fixed compensation of AED 6,500 per month plus business development incentives.
- The role offers a flexible part-time consulting arrangement.
